Making your customers come to the door in a monsoon to grab their order instead of the drive through when it's the same person serving me in drive through and at the front door is diabolical. I could understand if it was two different people but dude really told me to go to the front just for him to walk to the front and hand me said order only difference was me getting drenched AND I PAY $1 change for ONE LIME CRAZY.

Pulling into a SONIC drive-thru should mean getting your food handed to you right at your car window, Jillian. We dropped the ball on managing drive-thru handoffs during severe weather. Local leadership will review this to fix team execution.
