I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with this law firm during my home closing process.<br><br>Although the title company confirmed that the funds had been successfully transferred, the firm refused to release the key to my property after closing. As a result, I was left without access to my own home.stayed in a hotel. This situation was not only frustrating but also incredibly stressful and disruptive.<br><br>What made the experience even worse was the lack of timely communication. My calls and emails were delayed, and there was no sense of urgency to resolve the issue. Despite having met all financial obligations, I felt that the firm was unwilling to do the right thing or provide a reasonable explanation for withholding access.<br><br>Closing on a home should be an exciting milestone, not a distressing ordeal.
