  I'm very disappointed with this Dental Office. I called to set an appointment and the assistant couldn't even talk to me at the very moment and ask if she can call me back. When she called me back, I tried to set up an appointment and she advised me right away that she did not accept my insurance and was quick to hang up. I looked up all the insurance plans that the office does cover and my insurance is listed there. I called back to inquire about the discrepancy and all I was told was I'm sorry and thank you and goodbye. It's upsetting because there is misinformation on the website and it's not clear in terms of the insurance that is accepted. In addition, I would say, unfortunately, that the assistant was not well communicating, and was not helpful in my experience. It's unfortunate because I was looking forward to seeing the doctor. However, if this is the way I was treated from the very beginning, then maybe it's for the best that I seek another doctor.

  Dr. Kim has been amazing with both of my children. He is patient, caring, and has a great sense of humor, which makes every visit stress-free and even enjoyable. My kids feel comfortable and supported, and their smiles are looking better every day. Highly recommend!

  My kids finished their orthodontic treatment here, and we had a great experience. Dr.Kim is very detail-oriented, clearly knows what he's doing, and always took the time to explain things in a way we could understand. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and scheduling appointments was easy and convenient. I highly recommend Dr.Kim!

  I've been going to Dr. Kim since I was 14, and he is truly the best orthodontist I could ask for. He takes the time to address all of my concerns and carefully explains every option with my care in mind. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. I always feel confident and supported in his care.

  I got my Invisalign here and I couldn't be happier with the results--my teeth look amazing! Dr. Kim and his assistant are always professional and friendly. They provide excellent care to make sure I'm happy in the end. The front desk staff is also super friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit easy and stress-free.
