  Extremely unprofessional and the reviews are accurate. Overheard a man on his way out and the front desk criticizing him for not wanting to leave a 20% tip or more for his massage. Sorry but you don't berate someone even if 20% is expected, that is wicked business behavior. You just don't do that. They have some nerve as it is up to the customer's discretion what they feel comfortable enough leaving as tip. Was shocked by the interaction, would never come again.

  This special spa has become my routine place to go to almost every 2 weeks. I get deep tissue massage (90 minutes) with Jaxson who's wonderful, skilled and such a caring Individual.<br>Micky, at the front desk, is always welcoming, kind and ready to assist with anything. The place is sparkling clean, smells great and gives off great calming energy . Love their clay hot sauna and wet sauna. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated once I leave.<br>Thank you all for taking such good fare of me

  I had a foot massage and I wanted to tip a person $15, which was a generous amount I thought, and then she said the suggested tip is $20, which is 40%. They weren't suggesting they were forcing!!<br>Tip is not mandatory, and 40% tip demanding is absurd and out of control.

  I come at least once a week, but recently things have not been working in the sauna and even though they see me every week I've never been offered a discount. I just feel like they should make sure all of their facilities are working more often and work to make customers more happy if they wan us to keep retuning
