We are very lucky to have had Anne by our side with the sale of our two bed condo in Edgewater. We had to relocate for work out of state and Anne's strategic plan worked out seamlessly from putting it up on the market, accepting offer, attorney review, inspection to closing and little glitches along the way, she handled it (always consulting with us) so well. They say you could face so much sweat and effort in selling a house but with Anne's services, no sweat!
