This was the worse experience ever. I ordered a dress for my bday.<br>After 3 weeks, I did not receive a tracking number or proof of shipping. I contacted them and requested tracking. They didn't have one to give me. I asked to get the item before my party and if not I would like to cancel. They told me it was too late to cancel. They finally ship the dress 4 weeks later and it arrives after my party. When I contacted them again, they said they will allow me to return for a refund. Now I'm trying to return the item and they are saying they will only give me a credit and refer to their policy. I don't trust them to even order anything off their site again.
