  **Homeowners Beware** - Do not use this contractor! You will regret it.<br><br>I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Michael Youssef and LKM Contracting & Construction.<br><br>As a first-time homeowner, I did what any responsible homeowner should do and obtained multiple estimates before choosing a contractor. I found the pricing I was quoted to be unreasonable compared to other estimates I received. For example, Michael quoted me $20,000 for a garage repair.<br><br>After I decided not to hire Michael Youssef, I was told I owed a $2,000 administrative fee for obtaining contractor estimates. I did not agree with this fee and declined to pay it.<br><br>Shortly afterward, a complaint was filed with the city regarding my property, which was in response to my decision not to move forward with Michael Youssef.<br><br>This entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely unexpected. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend Michael Youssef or LKM Contractin

  Jenlly this is not fair and absolutely lies <br>I worked with you and Naca over two months <br>I went to the property for over 3 times <br>The garage work was demo and rebuild or fix by your structure engineer report and underpinning <br>You want to do the work without permit at all <br>You want to cut corners <br>And you not honest person <br><br>Unfortunately you used our company to get the best knowledge and estimate <br>We did the bid with NACA many times <br><br>And in the end you post a fa
