  We could not have asked for a better fit for us than Kathy. From the first house she showed us to the final signature we made at closing on our dream home she was there for every question, always had exceptional response time, and contributed her knowledge of the house hunting and eventual home finding with the utmost expertise. She was quick to point out issues with houses that we looked at and than encourage us to think about whether we wanted to just move on or if we could work with whatever it was. She never pushed us towards a specific house instead she learned our preferences and our must haves and always tried to show us houses that would fit us. She always stayed within or price range and never tried to up sell us into a property that would stretch our budget. When we eventually found what would become our home Kathy was right there everyday throughout the purchases process. She contributed in every stage; helping us finalalize our offer number, spending the day with me as we h
