    Damaged cracked tooth 3 weeks of run around emphasized the need for extraction. The day of which it was to be removed<br>nothing was scheduled to be done they dont accept the insurance for their oral surgeon. When was they going to let me know and stop wasting my time. The secretary isn't picking up the phone now that I've found a new office and we need the referral letter. They don't notify patients of changes they will set up a pointless appointment. Repeat the tooth is opened.

    0/10 -- Extremely disappointing Invisalign experience at Dr. Dental in Hackensack and Lyndhurst<br><br>I paid approximately $5,000 to begin Invisalign treatment through Dr. Dental. After treatment started, the dentist handling my case in Hackensack was changed multiple times, which left me questioning who was responsible for my care and what the treatment plan actually was. Eventually I was told (when I showed up to an appointment, not before) that there were no more dentists certified to do Invisalign at this location.<br><br>Then I was then directed to the Lyndhurst office for a consultation where he recommended extracting a tooth - that seemed unnecessary to me, so I got an independent orthodontic consultation. That orthodontist raised serious concerns about the way my teeth had been moved and estimated that correcting the situation could cost me an additional $6,000.<br><br>The communication from Dr Dental has been unacceptable. I have not received clear information about the next
