I highly recommend Michael C. Carter for your real estate needs. From our first conversation, I knew I found someone who could navigate me through the process of purchasing a home and I was working with someone I grew to enjoy talking to as a person. Michael has the personality that made the process efficient and smooth. I communicated my non-negotiables up front, a fireplace and something within a particular radius from family. We worked as a team looking for properties, I'd send Michael what I found, he'd send me listings and we would go out and see them together. After each property we saw, we would meet up go over the pros vs cons. We would talk on the phone about real estate on a daily basis. Michael made himself available on multiple properties for all the home inspections, appraisals, surveys and follow ups when I couldn't attend due to work. When the time came to close on a property Michael worked with my attorney, the lender, the listing agent, and the title company to insure
