I decided on 3 stars. I would have given the inside of the annex 5 stars because it was well run, organized, staff was very professional and polite and clean. Unfortunately the staff out side in the parking area was disorganized and at times rude and insulting. My sister who has difficulty walking and was trying to get to her medical transport and was trying to navigate as best she could was actually beeped and told to MOVE IT by one of the valet drivers. I was stunned by the actions of this worker. You need to do better .
