  I've been a member for a few yrs now, the cleaning its not bad however, they will mop the floor turning it into a puddle in the middle of the gym during prime time(not safe). Equipment its outdated and theres always a broken machine like the 2 stair masters RN. I've always checked in w my phone #, however today I was told by "dulce" that I cannot unless I present ID or scan the phone. Apparently thats a "new policy" that just started...,(mind you - I was here 3 days ago)as a skinny curly hair guy jumped in the convo very unprofessional when he was not called (kept interrupting the whole time while he metioned he was off the clock so it doesn't matter) when asked for the policy , I was told...its online... so fine, please show me the policy?... I was rudely told to simply look it up, either show ID or scan. I asked for a manager.... then with a smirk - cristhyl - stated that she will have to call her boss to double check. This already took minutes of my workout, then waited for a policy

  This gym is sooooo trash now. For whatever bird brained reason, they decided it would be a good idea to get rid of 3/4 of their paper towel/cleaning stations so to find one you have to walk to the complete other side of the gym now. The stairmasters are ALL ALWAYS broken and they don't give a single shit about fixing them. Idk what we pay money for. It should be free since staff treats it like it should be.

  Lately, the staff hasn't been leaving paper towels or cleaning solution to clean the machines, and it's happening more often than usual. It seems to be getting worse lately.
