  I am so grateful to have had Jack and Stephanie guide me through the process of correcting my son's head shape. They were knowledgeable and kind and always treated my son with such a softness and sweetness. Most importantly, Stephanie was so pleasant to speak with and have as a support person. The office would not be the same if it weren't for Stephanie.<br><br>It is always scary when dealing with medical related issues with your children. Stephanie and Jack put me at ease every step of the way. I highly recommend them!

  After our experience with multiple providers, working with Jack Lenze and his assistant Stephanie was a breath of fresh air.<br><br>From our first appointment, Jack treated us with professionalism, respect, and genuine compassion.   I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cranial Center of Hackensack! From the very beginning, Jack and Stephanie have been absolutely incredible. They are not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also so warm, kind, and genuinely caring.<br><br>As a parent, going through the helmet process can feel overwhelming, but they made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. They took the time to answer every question, explain everything clearly, and made us feel completely supported every step of the way.<br><br>Most importantly, they treated our baby boy with such care and compassion - it truly meant so much to us. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and deeply care about the families they work with.<br><br>We are beyond grateful for their help and could not recommend Cranial Center of Hackensack more highly!

  My wife and I can't say enough wonderful things about Jack and Stephanie at the cranial center! We went to them to address a flat spot our daughter had at the back of her head and the whole process was made so easy. Jack explained everything thoroughly and answered every question/concern we had along the way so promptly! Stephanie was absolutely amazing with our daughter; even singing her songs and keeping her calm during scans! Overall we had a great experience. They were so kind, helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend the Cranial Center, you won't regret it!

  Jack and Stephanie at Cranial Center were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process.   First time in the Hacksack Craniel office for my son that needs a helmet the office and Dr. Jack and his assistant Stephanie really explained everything to me and my husband. So now waiting to see if insurance will help us pay for helmet. Then take to the next step. I was a little sad that my son needs it but I know it will help him in the long run. I will recommend this office to anyone who need it for there kids.
