Was helped by Carolyn omw in to work a little before 6am ordered a medium expresso light on the ice. Filled up my cup halfway said the rest is usually ice. Ive never ordered a sized drink that only filled up half the cup. I feel ripped off 7 dollars for half a cup

The staff here are extremely rude and unwelcoming, and the district manager, Mr. Gerald, doesn't seem to care. The tables are always dirty, and no one greets you when you walk in. The store is empty with no lines, yet you still have to wait to be acknowledged. Employees also mess up your drink order, and there's never an apology or any effort to make it right. You can specifically ask for your bagel not to be toasted, and they still toast it. It seems like the employees are often more focused on talking among themselves or looking at their phones than paying attention to customers' orders. This location used to be much better.<br>It's a shame because I live in this area and have to travel to a different location just to receive better service and feel appreciated.
