  I purchased a 2015 Porsche Panamera from this dealership directly from the owner of the dealership. The car had serious problems, including transmission issues and several other mechanical problems.<br><br>I had the vehicle inspected and discovered serious issues with the car. I contacted the bank and provided all the documentation. The bank investigated the situation and canceled the financing contract.<br><br>I paid $6,500 as a down payment for the vehicle, and so far, the owner of the dealership has not returned my down payment.<br><br>I am sharing my experience to warn other buyers to be very careful and have a vehicle thoroughly inspected before making a purchase.

  We would like to clarify a few important facts regarding this review.<br><br>When the vehicle was purchased, it was inspected, driven, and delivered in working condition. The customer drove the vehicle to Newark 20 min drive and next day approximately two hours home without reporting any issue at the time.<br><br>Afterward, the customer contacted us regarding a transmission issue and contacted the bank to cancel the financing. Of course, this is an "as is " vehicle, meaning you better address everything you see on the vehicle before making a decision.We are satisfied with this dealership.   Mi experiencia con este concesionario ha sido muy decepcionante.<br><br>Compre un vehiculo aqui y, apenas dos dias despues, tuve que reparar un problema con el sistema de refrigeracion porque el termostato estaba averiado. Solo esa reparacion ya me ha supuesto un gasto importante entre la pieza y la mano de obra.<br><br>Lo peor no ha sido la averia, sino la falta total de responsabilidad por parte del concesionario. Me puse en contacto con ellos varias veces, les di la oportunidad de resolver el problema de forma amistosa pero nunca se hicieron cargo.<br><br>Mi consejo es que, si estas pensando en comprar un coche aqui, lo revises de forma extremadamente minuciosa antes de firmar y no des por hecho que recibiras ayuda si aparece un problema poco despues de la compra.<br><br>Esta es mi experiencia personal y, lamentablemente, no volveria a comprar en este concesionario.

  I bought a used car from this dealership and had a really good experience. Sulivan and Juan were nice, helpful, and made the process easy. They answered all my questions and helped me feel confident about the car. I would recommend them!
