  We had an amazing experience working with our realtor Emily! She helped us both purchase our new home and sell our previous one (currently in the closing process), and we couldn't be more grateful. She was always punctual, incredibly responsive, and never left a question unanswered. We went through multiple showings, and throughout the entire process she remained patient, rational, and extremely knowledgeable.   Emily is an exceptional realtor who goes above and beyond from start to finish. She helped my mother-in-law navigate this difficult process several times and my family could not be happier with the exceptional service Emily provided each time. She is thoughtful, punctual, and and went out of her way many times to accommodate our busy schedule while looking at homes. I cannot think of a single fault along the way - Emily is quite literally the perfect realtor and I never hesitate to recommend her services to my friends and family.

  I recently bought a house where Emily represented the seller, and my experience was very disappointing.<br>1. After closing, she was unwilling to answer my questions about the property and instead blamed the seller for everything.<br>2. A major selling point was the golf simulator. I asked repeatedly if it worked, and Emily assured me that it was in working condition. After moving in, I discovered it requires a software license costing over $1,000 -- without it, the simulator doesn't work at all.<br>3. When I asked Emily to help resolve this with the seller, she simply told me to buy the license myself and said there was "nothing she could do." Rather than mediating, she advised me to consult my lawyer or buyer's agent.<br><br>This lack of honesty and accountability made the process unnecessarily stressful. If you have Emily as a seller's agent, make sure every detail and question is clearly answered before you close. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her.<br><br>My review is
