Updated Review: Great for initial sales, terrible for post-sale support.<br> I am updating my initial 5-star review to warn others about the post-sale customer service at this Englewood location. Looking through other lower-rated reviews here, there is a clear and consistent pattern: service is great until the sale is finalized, but disappears completely when account issues arise.<br> When I brought 4 mobile lines to switch over, the sales staff was very friendly and eager to close the deal. However, the store made major setup errors with my account rebates and device payoff promotions. When I returned to get their mistakes corrected, the staff completely changed their attitude and flat-out refused to help resolve the account errors or assist with the rebate issues.<br> Be very careful doing business here--they are helpful when taking your money, but they dodge accountability once the sale is final and an error hits your bill.<br> Pro Tip: Save yourself a massive headache and head over
