THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! THEY FIX NOTHING!!!! THEIR BUILDING IN ORANGE/SOUTH ORANGE HAS BECOME A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!! THEY MOVE IN ANYONE!!!! THE LAST 5 UNITS RENTED SINCE NOV. 2020 HAS BROUGHT THE VALUE OF THE PROPERTY DOWN SO BADLY. THERE'S TEENAGE DRINKING, DISTURBANCES WITHIN UNITS, DIRTY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE! THE SUPER IS LAZY AS HECK!!! HE COMPLAINS BECAUSE HE HAS TO CLEAN UP. BROKEN BOTTLES OUT FRONT AND IN DRIVEWAY!!!! THE PROPERTY MANAGER (MAUREEN) IS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!! JOYCE IS VERY NICE BUT SHE'S DOESN'T MANAGE THAT PROPERTY, SHE NEEDS TO!!!! MAUREEN IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

It is impossible to get anything fixed but by made sure you send the rent. The management in bayshore Bayonne's only yes you to death and nothing gets done
