I've been to see Dr. Chun twice. From my limited experience, he seems to be a very good doctor. He communicates well, works efficiently, without rushing, and his staff has been kind and courteous.

I don't know why there are negative reviews. I have consulted with Dr. Chun four times in the last two years and have been treated well. It looks like patients with negative reviews don't allow for busy days. I give the staff and doctor all they need to maximize my visit. With this I get what I came in for and look forward to the next scheduled visit.

"Thomas Y. Chun made me take the test without proper explanation. The test was one I had already taken at another hospital, and I had shown the results to the doctor, so there was no need to do it again; it was just a ultrasound I had done 7 days prior. Nevertheless, he didn't explain anything to me and still conducted the test, and as expected, the results were the same. What could change in just 7 days? Anyone can guess that he charged an enormous amount for the test. A doctor without a basic conscience. In addition, the staff is extremely rude and indifferent. Never visit him again. Ever."

Waiting and waiting.... I took my dad to the dr office for his appt at 10:30am. Right now it is 12:00pm, and we have not seen a glimpse of the doc. My dad is 86 years old. He is now dozing off in this cold exam room. He waited 45 mins in the lobby and now another 45 mins in this closed doored exam room. I am not sure if this is usual for this doc but, you know, doc came in 12:02pm without any apology, or any explanation, did not remember which medication my dad takes, and left to check his computer at 12:04pm, and told us to sit on the hallway... so we sat in the hallway now for 15min. When i grabbed a person, she checked and said now we were waiting for ultrasound. Were we?? Not sure if the doc is real good or the world's best, but I will change my Dad's urologist. This is utterly shocking and disgusting, total disregard of his own patient.... Not acceptable.

Five calls today to schedule an appointment, put directly on hold. Staff never picks up call. If this is what their service is like best to stay away
