From the beginning Deborah and her husband reached out and made sure the process went seamlessly and without any issues. It is one of the most difficult things to lose a loved one and they made it as easy as possible. They handled everything professionally and efficiently and with empathy. They took the time out to make sure all the personal touches from photos, eulogies and polish family traditions were in place and that family and friends were taken care of. We were never rushed, and she always took the time to talk and help with questions and help in the grieving process. The day of the wake ended up having so many family and friends come and they made sure we visited with all of them and let us take the extra time with our loved ones. Thank you for making an incredibly upsetting moment easier for the entire family.

For the last 15 years my grandmother has always said, " If something should ever happen to me, I want my services at Wozniak/Warner" ... and now we know why. From the minute we walked in, we were welcomed by staff who was caring, compassionate, friendly and also spoke English/Polish. After signing the guest book, we walked into the "up to date" waiting area which displayed a personalized slideshow and our easy to download playlist of my grandmothers favorite songs. The staff arranged the room beautifully with all the posters and pictures we gave them in advance. My grandmother looked absolutely beautiful along with all the stunning flowers we purchased through Wozniak's web page.<br>Following the wake, we proceeded to the Sacred Heart Church. Deb, the owner, could not have been more organized and helpful with instructions. We followed her lead as she gracefully assisted us throughout the mass and onto the cemetery. Went to them with one of the worst events in my life, and was met with competence, empathy, understanding, and above all 5 star service. Hard to quantify an entire experience in the comment section of an online review but I put my faith in them, and was not let down. Deb continues to check in on things and is such a wonderful person. Would recommend them to anyone who may be reading this.
