  My mother used to be a patient here. She recently had an emergency and called the office to ask what to do. She called outside of business hours, so the on-call doctor told her to just come to the office as a walk-in. Apparently it was a huge mistake to listen to the doctor. The guard dog receptionists were absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of their behavior. My mom and I explained what was going on but they would have none of it. They didn't even allow my mom to use the restroom. These receptionists are not trained medical professionals, so how can they gatekeep patients from receiving medical care? I hope they never have to watch their loved ones get berated while in physical pain. Even though the doctor on the phone said the emergency room was not necessary, we ended up going there and the staff was lovely. Shame on this office. They should be investigated.
