First I want to start by saying I had a very unfortunate experience. There was a mix up with my son's dress shirt. Once discovered I was made to feel to blame. My son spent a lot of money on his suit and looked awful at his event. The man at the front counter had no concern and showed poor customer service skills. I felt very uncomfortable and left very disappointed. I wasn't even offered a refund or discount. Awful customer service!!

Do NOT go to the seamstress here. We've only used this place a handful of times and their dry cleaning is fine but they're getting 1 star for their tailoring service. They absolutely ruined my $200 pair of jeans because the seamstress unfortunately does not speak English so she has no idea what you're saying. I reiterated what I wanted to the Spanish lady and that was stupid because neither of us were able to relay it to the seamstress properly. Of course she nodded her head yes that she understood but she did not. It was a very expensive mistake leaving my pants here, and they charge sooooo much more than any other seamstress I've ever been to. The owner happened to be there when I picked up the pants so she saw me try them on and saw I was extremely disappointed and she was absolutely awful and rude. Kept rolling her eyes at me when I told her this was not what I asked for at all, she could see the bottom of the pants were extremely uneven and bulky and she did not apologize, obvious
