  I have been a tenant in this building for five years, and I have lived in Fort Lee on and off for approximately 20 years. The previous review affected me deeply because my experience in this building has been very positive.<br><br>The building was updated several years ago, although certain areas could still benefit from additional improvements. However, suggesting that all five-star reviews are fake goes too far. Every tenant is entitled to an opinion, but those opinions are naturally shaped by each person's individual experience.<br><br>Management has been diligent and generally responds to maintenance requests quickly, often on the same day. I cannot speak specifically about the 15th floor, although I saw some of those apartments while they were being renovated and before they were ready for occupancy. I have also spoken with a nice family on the 15th floor who told me they are happy living here.<br><br>Occasional leaks and plumbing problems can happen in any apartment building. Whe

  The apartment agent, Eli, is extremely disappointing. He'll have you tour a unit without him, say it's available, and then the next day change the rent from what he initially told you. He gives conflicting information, wasting your time completely. Thank God I found a better deal--an apartment that's not only more reliable but even more beautiful than anything he showed!<br><br>Update: I received an apology from Eli.   Do not trust the latest 5 star rating from Journey of Life as that seems like a paid rating as everything it says there is a lie. This apartment is horrendous and I don't even know where to begin. I'll just write a full list so please future tenants for your sake, do not come here. The apartment is extremely old, water/sewage leaking, plumbing issues, limited hot water, elevators always broken so the entire 15th floor needs to use 1 elevator, cockroaches and cigarette/weed smell. You can also hear your neighbors through thin walls and the bathroom vent as it's connected. Management is always slow on responding and they're hiking up the prices on the rent and the garage that's about to collapse. We've had so many issues with them yet they couldn't care less about anything you go through. I wasn't able to take a shower during the day or night due to lack of hot water and their response is literally "well sucks to be you".   I've been living in this building for a while now, and I can honestly say it's been an amazing experience. The management team is incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I've had a question or small issue, they handled it quickly and with real respect. It makes a huge difference to feel heard and valued where you live.<br><br>The building itself is clean, well-maintained, and always feels safe. The common areas are kept spotless, the hallways smell fresh, and everything is taken care of with real attention to detail. You can tell management takes pride in the property.<br><br>On top of that, the community here is quiet and friendly, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. It truly feels like home -- not just a place to stay, but a place to live.<br><br>I love living here and would absolutely recommend this building to anyone looking for a well-managed, peaceful, and high-quality living experience.
