We faced a seemingly impossible challenge: sourcing exact-match replacement tiles for a wall-to-wall installation in a Florida apartment we purchased for resale, after the previous owner damaged a handful of tiles in the kitchen and living room. Retiling the entire unit was out of the question, leaving us looking for a needle in a haystack.<br><br>Sal tracked down a promising sample and ordered the exact quantity we needed. Even better, before shipping the order to Florida, he opened up his warehouse on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend--just 35 minutes from my home--so I could inspect the lot in person and verify the color match. Once confirmed, he personally repacked everything. Opening a warehouse on a holiday weekend to ensure a client gets the exact right product is unheard of.   I ordered some samples before I decided on which I wanted for my house. They spontaneously reached out when they stopped carrying one tile type and REFUNDED the sample without asking. This is fantastic customer service. Above and beyond.

  I have reached out to Sal many times trying to get an honest response regarding the availability of a particular tile. He says he will email me or call me back to let me know when the tile will be in stock but he never does. This has been going on for over 4weeks. Sal is completely unresponsive and unreliable.
