    This is my "go-to" place for coffee. Everything is always good and the employees are always helpful, efficient and polite/kind. They could clean the tables more.

    Every Duncan should have a restroom that is usable by the customers. This is low quality Duncan.

    Four people standing behind the counter only one of them working, none of the other three would come take my order until they finished their conversation

    I placed my order in the store. I left a 20% tip, for which the cashier thanked me. Two other customers were in queue ahead of me and two more behind. I'd not ordered anything special not time-consuming. When all four of the other customers had received their completed orders, I went back to the counter to tell them I was still waiting for my food. While the employees looked into it immediately, the looks on their faces showed that they were annoyed with me. Thereafter, I was not a happy camper. Gotta admit - when I finally got it, the food was delish.
