Avi Frisch represented us in a recent real estate home purchase that went awry.<br><br>We were successful in a very short time.<br><br>He knew exactly how to play it, how much to push, when not to, and gave us excellent advice the whole way.<br><br>With his intelligence, street smarts and knowledge we never felt a doubt that we would win.<br><br>And he's a really nice and kind person which is important when you're dealing with a stressful situation. (But this doesn't mean he's not tough when it's called for.)<br><br>He also does real estate transactions, so if you have something less-involved I recommend him for this as well. Why go to a "transactional attorney" when you go to someone who will actually represent your interests.<br><br>Highly recommend!

He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable with closing on both of our homes in NY and in NJ as he is licensed in both states. There were extreme difficulties in both sales and Avram dealt with each one to perfection. Would recommend him in a "heartbeat".
