Zoya my agent rented me a roach infested apartment. I could and would not move in. I called to tell her about problem and she said since I didn't move she should would give me<br>My realtor fee back. When I called a few days later she said sorry I'm not giving it back now.<br>She made out with over$1200 of my money for doing practically nothing.

We recently located to Englewood Cliffs and Zoya was very patient and helpful as we had specific needs. Since my husband had a disability we need a certain layout to accomodate his special needs . Many thanks for your invaluable help.

Zoya spent countless hours and days, finding me the right home for my family and I.<br>One of the biggest factors was finding a school district that would offer my children the best education.<br>In addition we were looking for a home close enough for my husband to easily commute to the city.<br>We are grateful for the time and effort she spent as she found the home of our dreams.<br>Thank you again Zoya, Andrea Sheridan.
