  I purchased a 2008 Acura RDX on 12/7/22 from Nate. The pass side headlight bulb was out, they replaced the bulb, but then the inside housing<br>was full of condensation. Nate told me they would help with the cost to replace it. I purchased a housing on EBAY for $271.88 and the labor to install was $146.50. I contacted Nate multiple times, he claimed they had accounting issues, this went on for some time, then he told me business was bad, not sure if Nahun is aware of the situation, I would not recommend Prime Cars.

  Hey Marc, We sorry we couldn't help you with the cost. Replacing the headlight was your personal decision since the headlight functionality was working properly. We did not approved the cost to replaced the headlight. We believe it wasn't necessary. We take pride for the vehicles we're selling. Most customers in other dealers complain about mechanical issues, transmission issues, transactions issues, financial issues but not with Prime Used Cars.   My Grandson bought a car from there. The salesman was very informative and kind. The car is beautiful and rides nice. Very happy with the purchase.

  My experience purchasing a vehicle at Prime Cars was excellent. The owner Nahun was very helpful from beginning to end with my search. He went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed and wanted in my vehicle were there. Nahun's extensive experience and knowledge about cars clearly shows when speaking to him. I learned a lot about buying used vehicles from him. He also went out of his way to find something in my budget. His pricing was definitely a fair value for my vehicle. I am extremely happy with my purchase and service with Prime Used Car Sales. I will definitely come back for my next purchase and have recommended his business to my friends and family.
