  Shout to Kaydiv! My sister told me to check them out for my 2004 Honda Odyssey and they really came through. They went beyond the call of duty -- fast diagnosis, fixed the issue properly, reasonable pricing, and constant updates.   My encyclopedia article just got erased....<br><br>Meh...<br><br>Great, honest and professional peeps:<br><br>1. The owner, "da Jamaican"...<br>2. The tech, Adonis, stuff of legend...<br>3. Super honest and fair pricing, 2 chips on my windshield.... First chip was $99, the additional small chip was $20.... Best deal in the universe!!!<br><br>I will definitely come back for more.... Excellent on all accounts...<br><br>PS the 8 paragraph response that the "Jamaican" wrote showed a lot of integrity.... Hard to find these days in auto repair...

  I really wanted to like this shop--it's close to my house and had great reviews, but I've since learned it's under new ownership and that may explain a lot.<br><br>I brought my truck in for an AC compressor, catalytic converter, and front brakes. I was also told I needed wheel bearings, so I approved that too. After the repair, I still heard the same bearing noise. On a test drive, the mechanic tried to tell me it was the differential instead. Then I was told only the rear bearings were done, so I paid again for the front--yet the noise still didn't go away. I also had to make multiple trips back just to try to get this resolved.<br><br>It appears only one rear bearing was actually replaced even though I was charged for two, which raises serious concerns about honesty and billing.<br><br>I was told to come back to "fix" it, but then got hit with another $135 because they broke my ABS sensor during the process.<br><br>My truck was also shaky at highway speeds after their work.   Taurean,<br><br>We are really really really surprised by your comments, especially when you mention that we "explained a lot," as we believed it was important to keep you fully informed throughout the process.<br><br>If you had any concerns, there were ample opportunities to raise them--either by text or by phone during our regular updates or in person when you came to pick up your vehicle.<br><br>From your first visit, we clearly explained that the vehicle is old and has significant rusts.
