I'm new to Garfield and needed to get my oil changed for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I came across Ed's place (Nahas) and saw the good reviews and decided to check it out. GREAT service, great guy. I've always been weary about going to mechanics since I don't know much about cars but Ed was a genuine trustworthy guy with good prices. I'm really happy to have found this place. I came in for an oil change months back. I came in again recently to get a diagnosis because my engine light recently came on. I wrote down the issue and was planning to come back on my next day off to get it fixed. He accused me of using him for his diagnostic machine. He was rude and short tempered

With all my respect, you came to my business never step down from the car and when I came to talk to you I checked the car and went to see it on the computer, I have to go go back and forth from my office three times to your car to tell you about the parts and prices and you still sitting in the car, and all what you want was the parts names, you was disrespectful for my business for 40 years, and for me the owner of this business, that why I told you I don't diagnosis for free and asked you to
