  Worst possible landlord you'll ever deal with, do your research and make sure they don't own your building before moving in. Refused to make repairs in my apartment to force me to move out, so they could raise the rent higher. After showing their attorney pictures of the black mold in my apartment, he asked what I wanted to settle it out of court and said this happens frequently. These are the scum that give landlords a bad name. Avoid at all costs!!
