  The apartment is nice, but you can find a similar place with better management for a comparable price. I would look elsewhere. We recently moved into this apartment last month, and while we really like the location and apartment itself, it's been a pretty stressful and disappointing experience. We've been having some issues that require maintenance but management is pretty much nonexistent. They never responded to our emails or requests on RentCafe for three long weeks. They also have a trash room that they clear out once or twice a week, so a lot of trash accumulates in the room and gets very dirty. What makes it worse is how random people park in your parking spot and management doesn't do anything about it.
