  Amazing. Not once did ny husband or I have a complaint while my son attended Cadence. We have since relocated, so he no longer attends, but leaving Cadence was one of the hardest considerations in our move. Namrata made our boy's transition to daycare a breeze as she's incredibly kind and warm. And Sarjita in the front desk always put a big smile on our boy's face everyday coming and going from school. We were at Cadence for more than a year and a half and EVERY staff member was incredible. Genuinely, I never had a problem at all. The director has made some very smart hiring choices and I cannot recommend Cadence enough.

  As a parent, leaving your child at a daycare requires an immense amount of trust, and unfortunately, my experience at this center did not meet my expectations. I am very relieved that my daughter is no longer attending.<br><br>The highlight of our experience was a few of the lead teachers and teacher assistants who genuinely cared about the children. I truly appreciate their dedication. I also want to recognize Sajida, who was always welcoming and kind. Unfortunately, that level of care did not feel consistent throughout the school.<br><br>In my experience, the director Ms Set was difficult to communicate with. There were times when I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, which left me feeling unheard. My daughter also shared that she sometimes felt certain staff members were overly harsh with her. I was also concerned by incidents involving children pushing or shoving one another, and I did not always feel those situations were addressed as thoroughly as I expected.<br><br>The cl

  We are pleased with our decision to enroll our 18 month old daughter at Cadence in Edgewater. She is happy when we arrive each morning and the rooms are large and bright with lots of resources. In addition, the leadership team provides great support, empathy and flexibility while I've been dealing with personal health challenges.

  We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms Shadai. She is officially our son's favorite teacher, and it's easy to see why. Not only has he learned so much, but he's also coming home full of stories and smiles. She creates such a joyful, nurturing environment where he feels confident enough to explore and be himself. She is a true gem in the daycare community

  Our little boy has thrived in this classroom, and so much of that is a direct reflection of Ms. Shadai's warmth and dedication. From day one, she made our child feel safe, seen, and excited to learn. Her knowledge of early childhood development is evident in everything she does -- whether she's supporting feeding routines, advising on picky eating strategies, guiding toilet training with patience and consistency, or redirecting behavior in a way that is kind but clear. She meets children exactly where they are developmentally and responds with strategies that actually work. She is, without question, a fantastic asset to this daycare, and we are so grateful our little boy has been in her care. We will miss this school!
