The worst. This company seems nearly abandoned. They only have an answering service. They have the worst support save yourself the trouble.

Customer support is really bad. I worked with them 5 years ago and everything was fine, but this year I started using they services again, and it is really bad, I can't put 0 stars, so 1 star is way to much!<br><br>Billing department is not answering on tickets for days! Call center can't help with any questions and only updating ticketing system which doesn't make any changes to problem or issue itself.

The absolute worst at communication and service. I don't know what happened over the years. I've been in this industry for a long time and was loyal to them for well over a decade until their response and service took an absolute nosedive. I will go out of my way at this point to ensure no one does business with DedicatedNow if I can help it. Honestly...look at their social media accounts and their site. Nothing has been updated in years.

We've been working with Dedicated now since more than 2 years now. And these guys are really bad in customer service. For the managed server the last backup they took was 1 year ago.<br><br>Its bee months and our tickets remain open with no answers. Very Frustrating. Saw their Facebook comments also, I would've cancelled their service way before if I saw them earlier.<br><br>I am pretty sure these guys are going down really soon.
