  Building is under new management and is making strides to repair and make the building much more enjoyable than previous owners. Building staff is very friendly and cooperative with all requests. The building is only getting nicer and will be great place to live for the foreseeable future

  Moved in about 3 months ago i couldn't be happier all the improvements the mgmt office is doing the building is quiet clean so far im happy with this move

  This is one of the worst developments in the Greenville area. They are a public nuisance to the area. They have a music studio set up inside the building that a band plays live music a couple times a week, sometimes to midnight with no concern for the working men and women who have to work the next day to support their families. We have to listen their drums inside our homes, and it use to be worst. Before we started complaining they would be screaming in microphones as though it was a concert performance.<br><br>I have contacted the listing agent, the police and yet they refuse to understand their music is not welcomed here. I suspect that since the landlord has no concern for who they rent to and what effect their renters will have on the neighborhood. I can guarantee the building is horrible since they have no interest in resolving the problem their greed has created.<br><br>I would recommend anyone looking to rent from this place consider the lack of respect this business has for t

  This building is the worst! Staff is lazy and rude! Apartments are falling apart! Full of bugs! Uncleanliness! Tubs and sink always clogging up! Flooding Apartments! Moving as soon as my lease is up! THIS BUILDING HAS NOTHING LUXURY! TOO MUCH RENT FOR HORRIBLE LIVING!
