  Absolutely not trustworthy, very unprofessional, and didn't complete job. I saw add in The Observer for handyman. I called for estimate on my rental house. He have me verbal quote and then later said he underestimated the sheetrock. Not a problem for me. He requested cash payment. Not a problem. My tenant complained he didn't put tarps down over the carpet when he ripped the old ceiling down. To me, tarps to protect carpet is a no brainier. He agreed to steam clean the carpet upon completion. He called Friday saying job is complete to come and pay him. I went there and he mentioned he still had more sanding to do and return on Saturday to finish up and steam clean rug. He had also offered to do small repair on back step free of charge. I suggested paying him Saturday, bit he asked to pay him then. Stupid me paid him and he never showed up. So I called from a different number and he answered. He said he would be back Monday to finish. He never showed. I called momday from a different nu

  Out of 8 years in business, this is the first negative review. Company got caught between landlord and tenant feud over an existing damaged and stained by plumbing rug which landlord refused to replace. Landlord wanted free steam cleaning.
