This was my first time selling a home, and Karen guided me through the process with care, and professionalism. I trusted her judgement with everything from the listing price, to the closing attorney. She navigated everything seamlessly, all with me being over 600 miles away! I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was have her support and get to closing without a single hiccup!<br>My two cent: if you're buying or selling a home, you want to work with Karen!

I have moved several times and shopping for a new place has always been stressful, until I met Karen. The transition from another state is always tough with trying to see homes but Karen was great at planning everything out, slowing me down when needed, and guiding me on the right areas and things to look out for. It was easy, she understood what I needed, and showed me exactly that. She was always reachable and proactive and helped with the transition from selling my home, working with my selling realtor to time everything right. I can honestly say that I'm very happy with the process and the quickness and ease of everything. I know I will have one last move and it will be with Karen once more.
