Installed a brand new system. It never worked properly but the bigger complaint is that James doesn't answer his phone for months on end and then he comes back suggests an adjustment or idea to fix the problem and says he will come back within the week even giving a specific day and then doesn't show up

Within weeks of our units being installed we had issues and James is nowhere to be found

Janusz and his team installed AC in our house that had none. They have a busy schedule but they did us a favor by quickly installing AC in the common areas as the outside temperature was high. We then agreed to wait a few weeks to install the rest. The wait was worth it as they did quality work for a fair price. The work consisted in installing a cooling coil on our furnace and 3 heat pumps feeding 10 air handlers. We're very happy of the result.

Janusz was on time, honest, and solved the immediate issue with my furnace. He had the experience to understand and explain the full picture of the issue that a prior company was not able to. Glad to have found this company and to support a local business.
