  If I could give 10 stars I would. The home improvement contractor would not honor the 3 day cancellation notice. I attempted to work things out with the contractor but he was very adamant that he will not incur any loss on this job, much less rescinding the $50K+ contract. When I had no other choice, I reached out to the law firm of Tesser & Cohen and from the beginning Mr. Cohen took full control of the situation and "magically" the contractor began to sing a different tune. Now the contractor was very amenable to rescinding the contract.. I was floored. What really impressed me is that in 2 days the case was settled. He rescued me from a living nightmare. Bottomline is that I have never seen an attorney who treated us like a family member from the start to the end, while working tirelessly to resolve this case. In my book, Mr. Cohen is one of the most honest and competent attorneys anyone will ever find in NJ period. I give this law firm and Mr. Cohen my absolute highest recommendati
