  We had a terrible experience dealing with Deborah Laemmerhirt as the Listing Agent on a home we tried to purchase. We found her to be dishonest in many regards, but most importantly in the information she provided about "other offers." She repeatedly changed her story about the status and content of the "other offers."<br><br>We performed a home inspection and requested to renegotiate for 1% ($10K) off the offer price for various systems that failed or were many years past expected lifespans. She said no, citing all the "other offers" on the table. Then she relisted the home with the description, "Back on the market -Buyer failed to perform!" That is completely false and dishonest. We never received a contract that we were promised had been sent repeatedly. We performed the inspection as expected, but struggled to get any response from Deborah, the listing agent.<br><br>Several weeks later the house is still on the market.   I don't know this person. She was a buyer represented by an inexperienced agent. She kept increasing her demands until our attorney pulled the plug. It seemed hard for her to believe that she had won an accepted over other offers who were waiting for their opportunity if she did not perform. She also thought I had control over the contract and the responses!
