I had an extremely disappointing experience with M Ross & Associates LLC. In my opinion, Michele significantly overstated her qualifications and expertise in commercial law during our initial discussions. The cost estimate we were given turned out to be far below the actual amount billed, which left me feeling misled about the true financial commitment involved.<br><br>I was also concerned by what appeared to be unnecessary extensions of hourly work. For example, mediations and related activities seemed to continue long after they stopped being productive or beneficial to resolving the matter. This created the impression that billable hours were being prioritized over achieving an efficient outcome for the client.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage prospective clients to obtain detailed written fee estimates, closely monitor billing, and carefully evaluate whether the firm's experience aligns with the specific legal issues involved.

Seriously, very bizarre. I had a real case that four lawyers said I have a trademark infringement they had already sent multiple letters and I was having a conversation and then all of a sudden the lawyer. kar or car Just hung up on me. I don't know if it was because of my personality my nationality who I am but like we were having this whole conversation for 19 minutes and then he just said you're not a good fit and hung up like I said excuse me why I even called back to ask because well maybe it could've been good feedback like maybe I said something It was pretty freaking rude and honestly, I mean just tell me why I don't even understand<br><br>I would stay far away very bizarre. You're a lawyer. You should just say I don't think you're a good fit because you already did all the work and now I want to charge you $2000 to do work you already did.

I have been working with Michelle for over a year now regarding my healthcare company and trademark. She and her staff helped me create management agreements that we comprensive yet easy to understand. She took the time to educate me on these issues and explained in detail why we needed to have specific language and what it meant for me and my company. Also after failing to have a trademark registered she fought for me and was able to present an argument to the USPTO and I am happy to say our brand was successfully trademarked last month! I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Highly reccomend her!
