  I had such a great experience with Alvin helping me with my new phone! He was helpful, friendly and patient and really great at customer experience! I can't say much about the store itself (thus the 4 stars) as I have been there before and other Verizon locations but Alvin was top notch as THE service provider (5 stars for him)! Definitely would go back for Alvin's customer service! He deserves a raise :)

  Does Verizon pull all the 20 something year old representatives aside & teach them how to be condescending & UNhelpful to people not born in the 2000's? I will never return to this Verizon store. It's as though the "woman" assisting me was annoyed that she had to do her job. No thanks, Verizon!

  Verizon use to be the BEST OF THE BEST .. The most prestigious cell company there is when I was younger and someone said they had Verizon and I was like wow because it was so expensive in the best I mean network available now I'm sorry to say VERIZON you suck sorry I don't know any other which way to say it I just got VERIZON out after all these years not only does My Verizon suck at home Files horrible my juice is fiber cell phone horrible I have no service in nowhere VERIZON you have changed dramatically you are no longer the service do you want were because once my contract is up I'm going back to AT&T you guys need to improve all your services and if you have some more and more people they say the same thing VERIZON sucks not to mention every time there's an issue with the bill it's like let me give you a benefit per or instead of resolving the problem it's like some kind of product that's for a year then it disappears then every person tells you something different when you call i

  Can't comment on the store itself, but Jeffrey was super helpful, pleasant, and easy going.<br><br>The store is lucky to have him.<br><br>The whole process was smooth, with new phones, new lines, bundling internet, and saving some $$.<br><br>Had a porting issue and he helped fix it after hours.<br><br>Definitely ask for Jeffrey.
