  I'm currently seeking a pediatrician for my baby who is due in two months. I was told that the doctor is not excepting new patients, which in today's day and age is somewhat reasonable. However, when I asked to be added to a waiting list so I could be informed of when new patients will be excepted I was told "there is no waiting list" When I inquired further asking how could I possibly know when the doctor would be excepting patients again I was told "I don't know... I guess there is no way to know..."<br>WOW.<br>Looks like I dodged a bullet by not being able to be a patient of this practice. What kind of business practice is that??<br>Extremely unprofessional & downright unacceptable.

  Long wait even visitng with an appointment. Wait of atleast 1 to 2 hrs before doctor would see my kid. It used to be much better. Most of the time new doctor sees the kid. So, feels like going to urgent care rather having relation with a doctor. Billing department is a nightmare. Never get satosfactory answer. Even after assurance on certain incorrect bills, it keeps haunting you for long time. There is no synch up between doctor, nurse, admin staff and billing department, giving very hard time to patient and family.<br><br>In short it was best on the street and they themselves flipped by worsening the service.

  Wow, worst service ever. A simple physical turned into a nightmare. Too many back and forths, which had me paying every visit. What should be a one and done thing streched into a month of unpleasant experience. Staff and care providers are incompetent. I wish I had never gone there.

  The longest wait ever, and I see different Dr every time for my kids check up. Every time I go there is only one Dr and I end up at the Dr office for 2 hours, with a frustrated baby from all the wait.
