Dr. O'Donnell is the epitome of excellence when it comes to pediatricians. Her staff and team are incredible and always there to help when I need something. My family and I have been going to her for years. They bend over backwards for their patients, no other offices that I have been to do that! If you want excellent care, attention to detail, and a warm and caring office come see Dr. O'Donnell!

My family has been patients at this practice for several years, and during that time I have experienced repeated issues with professionalism, communication, and accuracy of care. At my oldest child's physical, the nurse practitioner spoke with her for only a few minutes and later contacted me with conclusions about her emotional state that were inconsistent with her established history and ongoing therapy. After I raised this with Dr. O'Donnell, she apologized, but similar concerns continued over time.<br>Interactions with the staff have frequently been dismissive and unprofessional. During one visit, when I expressed concerns about staff behavior, the nurse practitioner told me I should find another doctor and stated he would send me recommendations. Later that same day, I received a transfer-of-records form that I had never requested. When I contacted the office, I was told it had been submitted on my behalf, which was not accurate.<br>Communication with the practice has been consist

We love Dr. O'Donnell! My kids and I love her. She is sweet, kind and most of all an EXCEPTIONAL doctor at her graft. Her staff is also super attentive and helpful.
