  We bought our house in Tenafly knowing the first floor needed a major update. What started as a kitchen renovation turned into opening up the kitchen and dining area, replacing the floors throughout the first floor, adding a powder room, and rebuilding the back deck with new doors leading outside.<br><br>Katia was great during the design phase. We went back and forth quite a bit on the kitchen layout, and she was patient with us and helped us land on something that looks great but also works much better for our family.<br><br>Ravit managed the construction and was honestly one of the best parts of the experience. She knew the project inside and out, stayed on top of the schedule, and was very direct with us whenever a decision needed to be made. There were a few surprises once construction started, which we expected with an older house, but nothing ever felt like it was getting out of control.<br><br>The first floor feels like a completely different house now, and connecting it properl

  We hired Chapter for an extension and renovation of our home in the Fort Lee area. We added more living space to the back of the house, which also meant reworking part of the first floor, including the kitchen and family room.<br><br>Ravit managed the project and was great throughout. There were a lot of moving pieces with the addition, permits, inspections, and existing conditions, but she kept us updated and was always easy to reach when we had questions.<br><br>Katia worked with us on the design and did a really nice job making the new addition feel like it was always part of the house. That was important to us, and we love how the old and new spaces flow together.<br><br>It was a big project, but overall we had a very good experience with Chapter and are really happy with the extra space and how everything turned out.

  Seriously, the full-scale remodel for my first apartment was surprisingly smooth thanks to Chapter. My realtor suggested them. Didn't even think about custom home build cost Englewood. Quick and efficient.

  Finding an Englewood General contractor company that was reasonably priced was a big deal for me working night shifts. I saw Chapter on Yelp and they were able to come out during the day when I was awake. Other places wanted way too much money for the premium finishes I wanted. Chapter's quote was super good and they did a fantastic job, no shortcuts. My new kitchen cabinets look amazing, like something out of a magazine, with that smooth, high-end paint finish.

  Needed a General contractor near Englewood and my coworker mentioned Chapter, so I called them. My wife always says I don't fix things right, but they did! They got back to me so fast. You should use them.

  Chapter recently refinished our basement in Essex County, NJ and did a fantastic job. The process was professional, fast and smooth. Ravit, our Project Manager, was very communicative throughout the process. I would definitely recommend.
