  The food was but good but if it weren't for SIERRA we would have left. We went almost 20 minutes unnoticed and every staff member looked another way. Also, the guy at the front door that greets you and takes you to your table was very polite.

  My server Jalynne was really nice today she was able to make me a nice whisky sour. The food was amazing and the hospitality and vibe is just as amazing ! definitely will be coming back soon

  I had a really good experience at Applebee's in Hackensack. I ordered the Classic Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, and everything came out hot and fresh. The burger was cooked just right, the bacon was good, and the fries were crispy.<br><br>What really stood out to me was the General Manager. She was walking around the restaurant checking on every table and making sure everyone was good. She also stopped by my table to ask how everything was and made sure I was enjoying my food. You don't always see a General Manager taking the time to personally check on every customer like that, so I definitely appreciated it.<br><br>Overall, good food, good service, and great management. Definitely a good experience and I'll be back.
