  Are you joking right now? Who's being treated like a VIP other than yourself? Have you read the reviews or do you not care? With all the money you make I guess it really doesn't matter to you but I saw the Better Business Bureau you have many properties and one star ratings so you need to change the VIP crap! Maybe you should start by coming and visiting your properties you can start with my apartment in Toms River, New Jersey. #EmeraldApts. #PresidentialBoulevard<br>You can check out the 3 1/2 year construction project that's been going on as well. You can't miss it. It's being built between buildings two and three disturbing everyone with noise debris inconvenience and did I mention noise? It looks horrible and they worry about people having too many decorations outside of their apartment? Lol SMH. Me myself live in a 1960s apartment Which has been falling apart around me. It's gotten so bad I haven't had company in a few years. I'm escaping this disgusting place before the new year.

  Rented at from a property under this corporation and it was the worst experience ever. The apartment was "renovated" but done cheaply and sloppily. The windows were unable to open upon move in and we noticed quickly that the floor boards were placed incorrectly causing gaps in between. None of these issues were ever corrected despite reaching out. The worst that happened was the water heater broke and leaked under all the floor boards in the bedroom. It was fixed. However, the water heater was from 1999, I feel this problem could of been avoided if it had been replaced sooner. During this time I expressed my concern about mold growing under the floorboards and arround the area where the water heater leaked. The maintenance guy dismissed me and told me it wouldn't be a problem. I called the office a few days later to express my concern and they were once again very dismissing and did nothing about it.   be soooooo fr right now, I had a tour scheduled to view an apartment in this 85 degree weather and they straight up just didn't show up!!!!! no call, no text. I stood on the sidewalk for 20 minutes waiting... called 5 times, no answer, left 3 voicemails, never heard from them again. what a SCAM. terrible and unprofessional.
