  Excuse me but I do have throw some pie at this landlord for making my 8 year stay there a living hell. I did have a very hard time getting out of there. Renters beware.

  2 of the 4 washing machines have been out of commission for *months*. 2 operational washing machines for a SEVEN FLOOR BUILDING? Unacceptable.<br><br>I wonder how much longer it will be before Panyork handles Sebco and takes care of this?<br><br>Several of us in the building have reported this to Sebco and despite several visits, these machines still don't work. Maybe is time to replace them? Maybe with card operated machines, since we are now over a year into a coin shortage???<br><br>Interestingly, rent is increased by almost the maximum amount allowed by law EVERY YEAR. I see that the stairwells were recently repainted and the chainlink fence in the lot has been replaced. Thank God for that! Panyork really has their priorities straight. Nevermind the CONSTANT plumbing issues, the BLACK MOLD growing in the leaky utility rooms, or the ill-maintained laundry facility.

  Everyone I've dealt with, has been incredibly pleasant and helpful. The office is friendly and the maintenance staff is also incredibly nice and amazingly quick.<br>Glad to have them as the people we have as property managers!

  Constant issues with air conditioning, water, plumbing, and general maintenance. Office rarely gives any notice for major inconveniences like turning off the water. Maintenance enters apartments without any notice. Office is completely unresponsive to telephone calls and superintendent never picks up the phone. The doorknobs on doors leading to the stairwells are often dislodged and on the floor for weeks before anyone fixes them. Of the four coin operated washing machines, you are lucky if 2 of them are working at the same time. Interestingly, they raise the rent every year and every year the bulding gets worse and worse.<br><br>Just this Summer, the apartment above mine flooded (because the water was shut off without notice AGAIN and my upstairs neighbor left their faucet on). Not only was I NOT even done the courtesy of a telephone call, but when I came home from work at 8PM, my apartment was a wreck and my personal effects, soaking wet, were strewn about the apartment.
