  My experience working with Lightning Home buyers was outstanding. I was faced selling my childhood home; one of life's moments that hit you right in the gut. I was trying to figure out how to let it all go. I was not just saying goodbye to a place; I was saying goodbye to a version of myself and family that once lived there. I met Nikki through a neighbor that was dealing with the same issue. Nikki and John were highly professional in presenting a cash offer after looking at my home. There were no surprise price reductions during the inspection period. They completely accommodated my timeline and allowed us to close in six weeks.   John and Nikki were an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent, they were always available to answer questions, and I appreciated how transparent and straightforward they were throughout the entire deal.
