After a really bad flood, I decided to do some testing and Primeaire took care of everything. The technician was very experienced and explained everything to me in detail that I could understand. I couldn't ask for better service. They even gave me a courtesy call to make sure my family and I were doing okay. 5 stars

Had such a GOOD experience with Prime Aire Mold Services that I'm happy to take the time to review and give them the highest rating. This company was recommended to me by a co-worker so I decided to give them a call. From the beginning they were very helpful. Both the woman on the phone and the tech guys were very professional. Starting with my inquiry call, I was impressed with the time and clear information that I was given by Lauren. When Robert came to do the inspection, I liked how much time he took to really educate me and help me to figure out the most effective course of action. Mold is so invasive and ubiquitous, it would have been really overwhelming had he not been so clear and down to earth. There was no upsell, no ulterior motives, just help.<br><br>I only wish more vendors were as professional, intelligent and helpful as Prime Aire.

Wonderful! I absolutely love them! They saved us from a road to bad health problems! Mold was taking over our household! Prime Aire came in and fought for us to be able to live freely in our house again! Mold is gone and has been for months! Thank you Prime Aire!!
